Our goal is to offer a smooth transition from application to enrollment, ensuring that every candidate has the opportunity to join our institution and embark on a journey towards academic and professional success.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Before applying for admission, candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility
requirements:
* Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10th grade (SSC) or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum percentage (as per the
guidelines of the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh).
* Age Limit: The candidate should be at least 15 years of age at the time of admission.
ADMISSION STEPS
The admission process at BVCITS Polytechnic College involves the following steps
Two ways to enter a BVCITS Polytechnic College:
* SBTET Entrance Exam
* Management Quota
1. SBTET ENTRANCE EXAM:
The SBTET Entrance Exam is a state-level exam conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) for admission into polytechnic diploma courses. Students who wish to pursue a diploma in engineering must appear for this exam, which typically covers subjects like mathematics, physics, and general knowledge. Based on the results, students are ranked, and they are called for counseling where they can select their preferred courses and colleges. Admission is granted based on merit in the exam.
2. MANAGEMENT QUOTA:
Under the Management Quota, students can gain admission to polytechnic colleges without appearing for the entrance exam. This quota is typically reserved by the college management to fill up a certain percentage of seats. Admission under this quota is usually based on merit, but the criteria may vary from college to college. Students who wish to apply through this route need to contact the college administration directly and fulfill any specific requirements set by the institution.
